EARLY BIRD $777
You've done the therapy.
Read the books.
Listened to the podcasts.
Learned about attachment.
Boundaries.
Triggers.
Red flags.
Self-worth.
You know why you do what you do.
And yet...
You still overthink the text.
Second-guess the decision.
Know something doesn't feel right and then talk yourself out of what you know. Set a boundary and feel guilty for having it.
Stay longer than you wanted to.
Choose potential over what is actually in front of you.
Find yourself back in a dynamic you promised yourself you wouldn't repeat.
And that can be incredibly frustrating.
Because you're not unaware.
You're not missing the insight.
You can often see exactly what is happening.
And that is the piece so much personal growth work leaves out.
There is a gap between knowing something intellectually and being able to live it when it matters.
And once you see that gap, so much begins to make sense.

You need a way to access what you already know in the moments when your old patterns are the loudest.
When someone pulls away.
When you want to chase.
When the chemistry is strong but something doesn't feel right.
When you know you need to say what you want.
When your boundary disappoints someone.
When you're afraid of losing the connection.
When your mind starts telling you that maybe you're asking for too much.
When every part of your old programming wants to take over.
Because the real shift doesn't happen when you recognize the pattern three months later. It happens when you can recognize it while you're inside it.
Pause.
Hear yourself.
And choose differently.
This is not another course filled with information to consume.
It isn't more time analyzing your ex.
It isn't generic empowerment.
And it isn't another list of red flags to memorize.
Bring the conversation you don't know how to have.
The boundary you're struggling to hold.
The person you can't quite figure out.
The decision you keep questioning.
The pattern you can see but haven't been able to change.
And instead of understanding it three months later, you begin learning how to work with it while it is happening.
That is the difference.
You need a way to access what you already know in the moments when your old patterns are the loudest.
When someone pulls away.
When you want to chase.
When the chemistry is strong but something doesn't feel right.
When you know you need to say what you want.

Imagine not needing three friends to interpret a text.
Knowing something doesn't feel right and trusting yourself the first time.
Saying what you need without spending two days rehearsing it.
Holding a boundary without immediately trying to make the other person comfortable with it.
Recognizing incompatibility before you've invested months trying to turn it into potential.
Dating without every connection determining how you feel about yourself.
Being able to really like someone without losing yourself in whether they like you back.
Knowing when something is fear...
and when something is information.
Walking away from what isn't right without turning the decision into evidence that you failed.
And entering your next relationship knowing:
This changes everything.
Not just who you date.
Not just how you communicate.
But how you move through relationships entirely.
Relationship Reset came from something we have both seen again and again.
You can understand yourself incredibly well and still find yourself doing things in relationships you swore you wouldn’t do again.
You can know your attachment style. Understand where your patterns came from. Have done therapy, read the books, listened to the podcasts, and genuinely believe you’ll do things differently next time.
And then you really care about someone.
That’s often when the things we thought we had worked through show up again.
It’s also why we didn’t want Relationship Reset to be another course you take on your own.
For six weeks, you’ll have both of us in the room with you. Listening. Asking questions. Noticing what can be incredibly difficult to see when you’re the one living it.
And most importantly, helping you work with what is actually happening in your life, not some hypothetical version of it.
I don’t teach this work from a textbook.
I’ve lived it.
I went through my own divorce while pregnant and spent nearly a decade dealing with everything that came after it. I had to rebuild my life, raise a daughter across two homes and two countries, learn how to trust myself again, start dating again, fall in love again, and eventually remarry.
So when I talk about rebuilding after a relationship, dating after divorce, learning to trust yourself with someone new, or discovering that old patterns can follow you into a completely different relationship, I understand it from both sides.
I’ve lived the ending.
And I’ve lived what comes after it.
For years now, I’ve also coached both women and men through divorce, dating, relationships, and post-divorce life.
That work has given me a window into relationships that I don’t take for granted.
I’ve had hundreds of conversations with people about the things we rarely say out loud. Why we can know exactly what we want and then abandon it when we really like someone. Why we stay too long. Why we pull away. Why we overthink, overgive, or protect ourselves. Why we can recognize a pattern and still find ourselves right back inside it.

And because I work with both men and women, I also get to hear what is happening on both sides.
The fears. The assumptions. The misunderstandings. What someone wishes their partner understood. What they are afraid to say. What they think the other person is thinking versus what may actually be happening.
That perspective has shaped so much of how I work.
My professional training as a Certified Divorce Coach, accredited mediator, and Relationship Strategist gives me the frameworks and tools to support this work.
But what I bring into the room is much more than a list of credentials.
It’s the combination of my training, my own lived experience, and years spent sitting with people through some of the most vulnerable, complicated, and transformative moments of their relationships and their lives.
I know what it feels like to lose a relationship.
I know what it takes to rebuild a life.
And I know what it is like to open yourself up to love again.
That lived experience is a big part of why I do this work.
-Laila
Many coaches will tell you to trust the process. I will ask you why you stopped trusting yourself.
I don't lead with theory. I lead with curiosity. Tell me what's happening in your life. I’ve learned to listen for what’s underneath it, because every pattern makes sense once you understand where it started.
I had a plan once. Leave my small hometown, move to New York, work in marketing, build something on my own terms. Instead, my life took a hard left. Pregnant my sophomore year of university, married by fall, and a brand new mother at 21. I built something anyway, just not the life I had sketched out.
Twenty-three years later, when that marriage ended, I packed up and started over again, this time in Texas, then California, learning how to rebuild without losing myself, date with intention, and stop dragging old decisions into new possibilities.
Four years after my divorce, I found love again. Real love. And then I lost him. I’ve experienced grief through divorce and death, and each taught me something about love, about myself, and about the life I still had to build. Some things you can only learn through loss. I carry those lessons with me into every conversation.
Frequency matters to me. Not as a buzzword, but as something real that shifts when the inner work happens. When you change what you believe about yourself, what you are willing to choose, accept, and create can change too. That is what happens when belief, energy, and action start moving in the same direction.

Ready, Fire, Aim.
In my experience, momentum creates readiness far more often than waiting for readiness creates momentum.
My relationship strategy work is grounded in positive psychology and neuroscience. Not because I teach frameworks. Because I want the science to confirm what I already sense when I'm sitting across from someone. Your instincts are there. Sometimes we lose touch with them when we stop trusting ourselves.
The questions that fascinate me are the ones underneath the obvious ones.
Why do we choose what we choose?
Why do we stay when something no longer fits?
Why do we repeat patterns we swear we are done with?
Why can we know something intellectually and still struggle to live it?
Those questions are where I come alive.
I don't believe people need someone standing outside their lives telling them what to do. The most meaningful shifts happen when we become willing to look at ourselves honestly, understand what is driving us, and give ourselves permission to make a different choice.
I have done plenty of that in my own life.
And I bring every bit of it with me.
How you show up in your relationships is how you show up in your life. When that shifts, everything shifts.

This was intentional.
We didn’t want you to have only one perspective in the room.
We each bring our own experience, training, instincts and way of seeing things. One of us may notice something the other doesn’t.
We may ask completely different questions. We may even see something differently, and those conversations can be incredibly valuable too.
Because relationships aren’t formulas and neither are people.
And this isn’t six weeks of us talking at you.
We want you to bring in the real stuff.
The person you can’t stop thinking about.
The text you’ve read twelve times.
The boundary you keep moving.
The date that left you questioning yourself.
The relationship that feels completely different, yet somehow you can feel yourself becoming that old version of you again.
The moment you know you’re doing the thing again but can’t quite work out how to stop.
Bring that into the room.
Because that’s where this becomes more than understanding your patterns.
That’s where we can start changing what happens when those patterns actually show up.

This is the work.
Six weeks. Six defining shifts.
SEE IT ➤ INTERRUPT IT ➤ TRUST YOURSELF ➤ RELATE DIFFERENTLY ➤ CHOOSE DIFFERENTLY ➤ BECOME IT
See who/what's actually running the show.
Your relationship history isn't random.
There are patterns underneath who you choose, what you tolerate, what you chase, what you fear, and what feels familiar.
This week is about seeing yours clearly.
Not to judge the past.
To stop letting it quietly determine the future.
THE SHIFT: "I finally understand what keeps happening."
Stop letting old patterns drive your next decision.
Overthinking.
People-pleasing.
Chasing.
Withdrawing.
Over-explaining.
Seeking reassurance.
Ignoring your own knowing.
You'll begin recognizing what happens between the trigger and your response, creating enough space to make a different choice.
THE SHIFT: "I'm catching myself before the pattern takes over."
Stop outsourcing your knowing.
What do I actually want?
What do I need?
What feels right for me?
What am I no longer available for?
Self-trust isn't something you either have or don't. It is built every time you listen to yourself and act accordingly.
THE SHIFT: "I don't need everyone else to tell me what I already know."
Stay connected to yourself while connected to someone else.
Healthy relationships aren't created by never being triggered.
They're created by what happens next.
This week moves into boundaries, needs, communication, conflict, and emotional availability.
Not simply knowing what a healthy relationship should look like.
Learning how to participate in one.
THE SHIFT: "I can say what I need without losing myself in the response."
Stop mistaking familiar for right.
Chemistry matters.
And chemistry alone cannot tell you whether someone belongs in your life.
We'll look beyond attraction and potential to the things that actually sustain healthy relationships:
Consistency.
Emotional availability.
Compatibility.
Values.
Responsiveness.
Reliability.
Follow-through.
And one of the questions we rarely ask enough:
How do I actually feel when I'm with this person?
Not simply:
"Do they want me?"
But:
"Does this relationship actually work for me?"
THE SHIFT: "I'm choosing based on what is right for me, not simply on whether someone chooses me."
Create your new relationship operating system.
This isn't about becoming perfect at relationships. It's about becoming someone who knows what to do when life gets messy.
Someone who can pause.
Listen.
Communicate.
Recover.
Recalibrate.
Trust herself.
And choose again.
You'll leave with your own Relationship Reset Blueprint: a personal framework for the relationships, standards, needs, and way of living you want to carry forward.
THE SHIFT: "I know who I am, what I want, and how I want to move forward."

Less than one-third of the value of the full experience.
And the real value isn't found in adding up sessions, a workbook, and a collection of tools.
It's in what becomes possible when you stop spending months repeating a pattern you already understand.
Recognizing incompatibility earlier.
Trusting the decision sooner.
Holding the boundary.
Having the conversation.
Stopping the overthinking before it consumes three days.
Walking away from what isn't right.
Staying connected to yourself when something is.
Because the value of this work isn't in how much information you receive.
It's in what you stop repeating because of it.
You may already understand your patterns.
This is about interrupting them.
You may already understand your past.
This is about what you do next.
You may already know what a boundary is.
This is about holding one when someone doesn't like it.
You may already know what a healthy relationship should look like.
This is about recognizing how one actually feels when you're inside it.
You may already have been told to trust yourself.
This is about learning how.
And this doesn't happen in a library of prerecorded videos.
It happens live.
In conversation.
In practice.
In relationship.
Because relationship patterns don't reveal themselves when you're alone thinking about them.
They reveal themselves in relationship.
There is something powerful about hearing another woman articulate the thing you thought only you did.
About watching someone work through a pattern and suddenly recognizing your own.
About trying something differently in real life and coming back to explore what happened.
The Relationship Reset™ brings together Laila and Jodi, two coaches with complementary perspectives on patterns, communication, emotional awareness, and real change.
There is no single formula for how relationships “should” work.
Your real experiences are explored from different angles, challenged thoughtfully, and translated into choices that make sense for your life.
Small enough to be seen.
Structured enough to create momentum.
Personal enough to work with what is actually happening.
Practical enough to change what happens outside the room.

“OMG, everyone should have a Laila and Jodi in their corner. Having two women who genuinely champion you, but also challenge you when you need it, is pretty incredible. They helped me stop feeling like life was just happening to me and start feeling like I was actually in the driver’s seat again. I can’t recommend working with them enough.”
— Kate
“I honestly didn’t realize how much I was second guessing myself until I started working with Laila. I thought I was pretty self aware and had done a lot of work on myself already, but she would catch things I was doing or saying that I just couldn’t see. There were so many times I left a session thinking, oh wow, I do do that. I feel very different about dating now and much more like myself in it.” - Beatrice
— Beatrice
Laila has this way of saying something that seems so obvious once she says it, but I would never have gotten there on my own. She helped me see where I was making decisions out of fear and where I was actually trusting myself. I still hear her voice in my head sometimes when I start going down one of my rabbit holes 😂. Working with her has changed so much about how I approach relationships.”
— Alpa
“I started working with Laila after my divorce when I really had no idea what dating was even supposed to look like for me anymore. I knew I didn’t want to repeat the same things but I also didn’t completely trust myself not to. She helped me figure out what I actually wanted, but more importantly, how I wanted to feel and who I wanted to be in a relationship. That has probably been the biggest shift for me.”
— Jen
“I worked with Jodi at a time when I felt like I should be further along after my divorce than I was. She never made me feel like I needed to rush any of it. She helped me start looking at what I actually wanted my life to look like now, instead of constantly looking back at what had happened. I’m in such a different place than I was when we started.”
— Kim
“I’ve worked with Laila and Jodi together and I loved having both of them there. They’re very different, which is actually what makes it so good. Sometimes Laila would say something and then Jodi would come at it from a completely different angle and suddenly I’d see something I hadn’t seen before. I always walked away with something to think about.”
— Samantha
“I had the pleasure of working with both Laila and Jodi after my divorce and then as I started dating and dealing with completely new relationship dynamics. I can’t tell you how helpful it was to have somewhere to bring all the things I was thinking about and probably overthinking 😂. They helped me see what was actually happening versus all the stories I was creating around it. Having both of their perspectives was invaluable.”
— Karen
Not just financially.
In time.
Energy.
Confidence.
Peace.
Relationships that went on months longer than they needed to.
Hours spent replaying conversations that already happened.
Decisions you knew you wanted to make but couldn't quite trust yourself to make.
Needs you silenced.
Boundaries you abandoned.
Potential you kept investing in.
And the emotional energy of knowing something needs to change but finding yourself back in the same place.
The real return on this work is what you stop giving away to patterns you have already outgrown.
No.
This experience isn't designed to take you back through everything you already understand.
The focus is what happens after awareness.
How do you use what you know in the actual moment?
How do you interrupt the pattern?
How do you communicate differently?
How do you make a different choice?
This is where this work lives.
No.
The Relationship Reset™ is about how you relate, not simply who you date.
You may be single.
Dating.
Separated.
Divorced.
In a relationship.
Or simply thinking differently about what you want from your relationships.
The patterns we work with extend far beyond dating.
Absolutely.
Working with patterns while they are happening can be incredibly powerful.
This isn't about leaving or staying.
It's about becoming more conscious of how you show up, what you need, what you tolerate, how you communicate, and the choices that are yours to make.
You do not need to be ready to date.
This can be the space where you begin deciding what you want to take forward, what you want to leave behind, and how you want to relate differently before another relationship even begins.
Six weeks.
Two coaches.
Live coaching and real-world application.
The Relationship Reset Workbook.
Your Personal Relationship Reset Blueprint.
The Relationship Decision Filter.
The Hard Conversation Toolkit.
TOTAL EXPERIENCE VALUE: $2,688
or 2 payments of $425
This experience is intentionally small. Not to manufacture scarcity. Because this work requires room for real questions, coaching, conversation, and personal application, when the available spaces are filled, enrollment closes.
Not perfectly.
Not fearlessly.
But consciously.
Again and again.
That is the woman on the other side of The Relationship Reset™.
And you don’t have to wait for another relationship.
Another heartbreak.
Another pattern.
Another year of thinking about it.
You can start choosing differently now.
